Being the son of a "Tinker" in the tech district, Fender grew to be an expert in cell mechanics at a very early age. By his thirteenth birthday he was rebuilding machinery that even much older technitions found difficult to complete.

 

After the death of his father he continued the family business to survive. When things got tough, he was forced to do illegal power jacks for shady customers eventually landing him in OverSeer custody.

He is now the starting Haven for the New Freedoms and the man coaches call on for drastic equipment repairs.
